With a career spanning 20 years as a State Registered Nurse, I founded Flexicare in 1997. My dedication to providing compassionate, personalised care remains at the heart of Flexicare today. My focus is on research and development to ensure that Flexicare leads the way in social care. Working with the Department of Health to add vision and ideas to the company and enhance what Flexicare can offer to the clients.
Anna Macey-Michael

I am one of the owners of Flexicare and I first joined the business in 2003, working alongside my family to grow our services while staying true to our core values. I became Responsible Individual to the CQC in 2009. With a strong financial background, I manage all aspects of the company’s finances. Caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do, and I have a real passion for providing outstanding care that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Jenna Macey-Brown
Director
I began my journey in the family business in 2006, starting as a carer, which instilled my passion for Dementia and Moving and Enabling. I later became a PTTLS trainer on these subjects. Progressing into the office team in 2009, my role changed to facilitate all the coordination that came with an ever-growing business. Surrounded by a dedicated team, I now oversee the coordination of the three branches. My passion remains; to provide outstanding care to all those we have the privilege of meeting on our journey.
Heidi Moroney
Registered Manager for Flexicare UK LTD and Flexicare Newent and Ledbury LTD
I am a dedicated Registered Manager with a strong compliance background and am very proud to be leading an outstanding care provider. I am skilled in ensuring regulatory excellence, quality care delivery, and staff development. Passionate about person-centred support, promoting dignity, independence and continuous improvement across all areas of service. I obtained my Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care in July 2025.
Joanne Holder
Registered Manager for Flexicare Stroud Ltd.
I started with Flexicare 16 years ago after caring for a family member and immediately felt that this was the right industry for me, as I am passionate about delivering outstanding care. I qualified in Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) in 2018 and went on to join the on-call Team, becoming a Team Leader. When the Stroud Branch opened, I became the Care Co-ordinator for the branch, with responsibility for scheduling of rotas and covering, which was a role I thoroughly enjoyed but obviously it had its challenges. I became the Registered Manager for Flexicare Stroud in May 2023 and obtained my Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care in August 2025.
